Well, better late than never! Hello, my name’s John Niakaros and I’ve been in the construction business since 1989. I’m the founder, owner and head-contractor of John Niakaros Construction, but it’s easier to shorten it to “JNC”. JNC is a design-build company that specializes in restoration, operating within Middlesex County, primarily in the Arlington, Belmont & Lexington areas. By serving this community for almost 30 years, mainly through word-of-mouth, we have an outstanding reputation that’s based on consistency and trust. 

I have experience with condominium conversations, new construction, restorations and remodeling. My specialty lies not just with restorations, but also historic restorations. Most recently, JNC made major residential renovations in Beacon Hill’s historical district within Boston, MA. I was the on-site project manager throughout the renovations, while also coordinating other projects simultaneously. Being one example of many, the Beacon Hill project is an example of JNC’s capabilities and our ability to multitask, manage and orchestrate multiple projects.
