The Design & Build process brings the whole remodeling or new construction project under one company. The biggest benefit of this process is knowing that one company is responsible for the project from start to finish until you are completely satisfied. And here’s the best part: you’ll only have one direct contact to handle all changes throughout the process. That way, you can rest easy knowing that you’ll only get one phone call as opposed to 5 when your approval is needed. Through entrusting your project with us, we use contractors within our network to fulfill all the needs of your project until it meets your standards.

The J. Niakaros process is constant open communication with John, the project manager, the designer, and most importantly, the owner.

As a Design & Build firm, J. Niakaros offers our clients a one stop shopping approach to their remodel or new construction project. Every aspect of the project is handled by our professional team.

The initial design process starts with an in-home or on-site (for commercial projects) consultation with John Niakaros to discuss all of your ideas and any concerns. Shortly after your first consultation, you will receive a design concept and a preliminary proposal. You will be included in every aspect of the design process until the final design and drawings are completed. Once the design process is complete, you can rest easy while we build an do the heavy lifting. The project manager will orchestrate the construction, and communicate will all other parties so you won’t have to. From there, the job is only done when you’re 100% satisfied with the results.
